Once you’ve placed your order, please wait for a confirmation email to know that we’re already processing it. If you don’t hear from us right away, feel free to message us with your NAME, ORDER & ORDER # to follow up.
For same day shipping we have a 12nn cut off. If you placed your order after this time your order will be processed on the next shop day.
- SAME DAY DELIVERY = Please wait for our confirmation email before booking. Customer will book via Lalamove / Grab between 3PM-9PM
- STANDARD DELIVERY = We will ship your order but payment will be shouldered by the customer.
- NATION WIDE DELIVERY = Shipping costs are to be fully shouldered by the customer anywhere nationwide. We can also ship through plane if needed.
We are unable to send individual photos of all animals. Reptiles are not sold online and may only be viewed in-store at JV Managers Tower, Scout Castor, Quezon City.
Once the reptile leaves the shop, full responsibility for its health and well-being transfers to the customer. The customer acknowledges that they have personally inspected the reptile and have accepted it in good condition at the time of release.

As much as we'd love to, there's too much risk when it comes to reptile boarding and each one is different therefore we must decline boarding services for your reptile while you're on vacation.
DENR permits may take some time to process and can take 1–4 weeks or longer. Please feel free to message us so we can help monitor the status of your documents as soon as updates are available.

Reptile Super Store is a specialty shop built by hobbyists, for hobbyists. We are committed to responsible reptile keeping and ethical sourcing.
All our animals are legally sourced either from our own breeding projects or through trusted wildlife permit holders and licensed partners. We make sure every animal is acquired responsibly and in line with local regulations.
So whether you're new to the hobby or have been keeping reptiles for years, we're here to provide healthy animals, quality products, honest guidance and grow the local reptile community here in the Philippines.
